CEO & Co-Founder - Paul Cameron is the CEO and co-founder of Booktrack. Prior to Booktrack, Paul trained as an Aeronautical Engineer and for over a decade then flew as an officer with the Royal New Zealand Air Force before founding a new Division of a high tech electronics and software company that provides products and services to the global defense industry. As the Division Director - Paul was integral in exponentially expanding the company's revenue, resulting in its selection as one of the top 20 fastest growing companies in New Zealand. In 2010, Paul co-founded Booktrack, where as CEO his unique combination of business acumen and leadership has brought Booktrack to market through clear product and business strategy, and strategic vision.


VP Strategic Partnerships & Co-Founder - Mark Cameron is a successful entrepreneur and business leader based in Hong Kong; he owns and operates Sports & Spinal Physiotherapy Centre Ltd, a successful chain of health clinics in downtown Hong Kong. In this role, Mark has combined his skills in business development, human resource management, and mergers and acquisitions, enabling him to build a financially lucrative business model that continues to expand.


VP Project Delivery - Brendon Mead is an internationally experienced product manager with a successful track record delivering innovative digital products with a broad and deep understanding of Internet and Mobile technologies. With international experience working in technical project and product management roles for companies such as Disney, O2, and UNISYS Brendon has managed multi-million dollar mobile developments through to establishing mobile development teams in India.



VP Technology - Craig Wilson has been delivering software solutions to leading organisations for over 17 years. After initially training as a software developer, Craig quickly moved into software design, architecture and management roles, combining his technical skills with sales, human resources and business development. Craig co-founded Black Coffee Software in 2000, providing leading technology services to NZ and international companies. In 2004 Black Coffee Software was awarded 10th position in the prestigious Fast 50 for the 50 fastest growing NZ companies. Craig was appointed CEO for Black Coffee Software in 2005 and led the company through to sale in 2008. Craig joined Booktrack in 2012, following 4 years at Codec software where he was responsible for leading the software team, system and enterprise architecture, and key account management.


Business Development - Poojitha "Pooj" Preena has extensive business development experience with a diverse range of technology related clients, from startup through to Fortune 25 companies. Of note, Pooj was the first US employee at Skype negotiating and managing key partnerships, and completed the Business Development Role for Dropbox that was key to the business growth. Pooj is a master deal maker and brings vast knowledge and industry contacts to Booktrack.

Chairman - Derek Handley - In 2001, Derek founded mobile marketing and media company The Hyperfactory, with his brother Geoffrey Handley. At the time of its acquisition by Meredith Corporation (NYSE:MDP) in 2010 it was the largest independent mobile advertising and marketing agency in the world, most awarded globally and listed by Entrepreneur Magazine as a the Top 100 Brightest Idea in 2010. In 2011 when Derek was named one of 125 World Class New Zealanders, 2010 a New Zealand Herald Business Leader of the Year; 2009 the Ernst & Young 'Young Entrepreneur of the Year' in New Zealand and one of the 40 Most Influential People in New Zealand Telecommunications in 2006.

Director - Tom Greally After a 20 year career in management consulting in both Australia and NZ Tom entered the world of film in 2005. He initially acted as General Manager of Peter Jackson's Park Road Post Productions before being asked to take on the job as General Manager of Weta Digital just prior to them signing up with James Cameron to do the biggest selling film of all time, Avatar. Tom has been a big part of many of the changes that have seen Weta Digital emerge as an international powerhouse in the world of visual effects having to connect with offshore markets while also undertaking an ambitious growth programme. Tom continues to act as the Chair of Park Road Post and has recently been appointed as a Director of Booktrack.


Board Member - Greg Sitters is an experienced IT professional and executive with more than 25 years of experience working in New Zealand, Australia, Asia and the United States. Greg helped launch Sun Microsystems and Silicon Graphics in New Zealand, and he has worked overseas in executive management and international forums. Greg founded three consulting companies, primarily focusing on the IT sector across Australasia with high profile clients including government departments and blue chip companies. Based in Auckland, New Zealand, Greg heads up the investment committee for Sparkbox (www.sparkbox.co.nz) and provides expertise in sales, marketing, operations management and company strategy to portfolio companies.


Investor - Peter Thiel is the co-founder and former CEO of PayPal. He is also an investor in and member of Facebook's board of directors. As a venture capitalist and entrepreneur, Peter has been involved with some of the most dynamic companies to emerge from Silicon Valley in the past decade. Peter's first start up was PayPal, which he co-founded in 1998 and led as chairman and CEO before selling it to eBay for $1.5 billion in 2002. After the eBay acquisition, Peter founded Clarium Capital Management, a global macro hedge fund.
